Type 1 Diabetes (Stages 1 - 3)

Comprehensive care bridging pediatric to adult endocrinology
Automated Insulin Delivery Systems and optimization & management – both for type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes

CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) Training
Nutrition and carbohydrate counting assistance
Insulin resistance in type 1 diabetes
Confirming diagnosis of type 1 vs. type 2 diabetes
We are unable to provide:
“Compounded” medications (peptides or hormone replacement)
Testosterone replacement
For our established patients, Type 1 Telehealth provides comprehensive endocrinology care, meaning most patients can receive all of their endocrine care directly through our practice without needing a separate endocrinology provider.

Monthly Diabetes Care Membership - $87 per month

Our membership plan is designed for patients who benefit from consistent guidance, faster adjustments, and closer follow-up with their diabetes care.
Ideal for patients who:
Are newly diagnosed with diabetes
Are pregnant or planning pregnancy
Are starting or transitioning insulin pumps
Are exploring GLP-1 medications for insulin resistance in type 1 & type 2 diabetes
Prefer regular check-ins and ongoing support with their care
This plan allows for proactive diabetes management and personalized care between visits.
College Diabetes Support Visit - $150
(Ask us about our College Student payment plans!)
Designed for college students transitioning out of pediatric endocrinology, moving cities, and living with diabetes who want reliable support while managing school and blood sugars simultaneously.
This option provides consistent support while students focus on academics and life on campus.
