Our Services

Services currently available for patients age 17 & up and must be located in Texas.

  • Type 1 Diabetes (Stages 1 - 3)

  • LADA, Type 1.5

  • Type 1 Diabetes management in pregnancy and postpartum

  • Comprehensive care bridging pediatric to adult endocrinology

  • Automated Insulin Delivery Systems and optimization & management – both for type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes

  • Insulin Pump Training

  • CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) Training

  • Nutrition and carbohydrate counting assistance

  • Insulin resistance in type 1 diabetes

  • Confirming diagnosis of type 1 vs. type 2 diabetes

We are unable to provide:

  • “Compounded” medications (peptides or hormone replacement)

  • Testosterone replacement

For our established patients, Type 1 Telehealth provides comprehensive endocrinology care, so there is no need to see a separate endocrinologist.

Pricing

New Consultation - $347

  • Includes initial visit

Follow Up Visit - $247

  • *Follow up visits only available if you have been seen in the last 6 months

    If you have not been seen within the last 6 months but are an established patient, please contact your provider through the patient portal for scheduling a follow up visit.

New Patient Annual Package - $1,197

  • Includes: Initial consultation + 4 follow up visits

  • *Package must be used within 1 calendar year from initial consultation

Annual Follow Up Package - $889

  • Includes: 4 follow up visits

  • Package must be used within 1 calendar year from first visit following purchase

  • *Available for established patients only

Annual Follow Up Package - $667

  • Includes: 3 follow up visits

  • Package must be used within 1 calendar year from first visit following purchase

  • *Available for established patients only

Pregnancy Package - $997

  • Includes: Initial consultation (pre-pregnancy planning or post positive testing) + monthly follow up visits & postpartum visit

  • *Package includes up to 10 total visits

Annual College Student Package - $547

  • Includes: Initial consultation + up to 3 follow up visits

  • Package must be used within 1 calendar year form initial consultation date

  • *Proof of University ID required

No Show Fee - $50
